WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?
- The outer fabric is composed of polyester and spandex
- Since 2020 all swim trunks and shirts are composed of polyester fibers made from recycled plastic bottles and are REPREVE certified
- The inner mesh lining is composed of polyester, the elastic bands on the inner lining are polyurethane.
- The drawstrings are 100% polyester and the tips are composed of silicone.
- The small holes in pockets are composed of brass.
- The YKK zipper is composed of polyester, acetal plastic and zinc.
- The label is satin.
- The logo is polyester.
- The waist elastic is composed of polyester and rubber.

- All sizes are elastic and have been tested on different body types to ensure they avoid muffin tops.

ARE THE SWIMSUITS RESISTANT TO CHLORINE AND SALT?
Of course! Numerous tests were done to verify resistance to salt and chlorine and the colors remained intact.

WHAT ARE THE CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY NEW SWIMSUIT?
To ensure that your swimsuits last you as long as possible, we recommend you wash them with cold water after use to remove any salt or chlorine residue. Despite positive testing, we do not recommend you wash your swimsuits with bleach, just in case! Pro tip: we also do not recommend getting bleach in your eyes, it will hurt! Even if you have big arms, we don’t recommend you wring out your swimsuit, since it dries very quickly anyway. Do hang it out to dry to avoid wrinkles but be careful not to pinch your finger with the clothespin. And please do not iron it. Anyone ironing a swimsuit is committing a crime. Definitely do not leave your swimsuit crumbled up and wet in the corner of the room. Mold and bacteria might grow on it, causing a bad smell. You wouldn’t want mushrooms growing on your fashionable swimsuit, it wouldn’t be very SegSea.
Now that you’ve promised to keep your swimsuit clean and colourful for many years to come, don’t follow in my father’s footsteps! Buy another one before 10 years pass.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?
The currency used on the online store is the Canadian, US and Australian dollars. You can edit the currency at the top right of any pages.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After you complete your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we promise to get back to you as soon as possible. If, for any reason, you do not receive a reply from us within three business days, please re-write to us! Sometimes, some emails end up in our junk mailbox.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE ON YOUR SITE?
Absolutely! SegSea uses SSL, an encryption technology that ensures a secure transmission of your personal information online. We do not save any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with a third party.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
We always make an effort to update the website inventory regularly. However, it’s possible for an item to be out of stock after you had placed your order. In this case, our customer service team will quickly contact you by email to provide you with a refund on your credit card.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment by credit card and Paypal.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping delays depend on where you are. SegSea will process your order from Canada within 1-3 business days and then the delivery company will deliver it:
- Canada post - Quebec: 2-7 business days
- Canana post - across Canada: 5-7 business days
- Purolator - in the United States: 3-8 business days
- Standard International shipping: 6-12 business days
- Standard international shipping - Australia: 20-25 business days

**We want to advise you that we cannot guarantee delivery times and that some transport companies have unfortunately had problems with delays since the the COVID pandemic.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?
SHIPPING IS *FREE ON ORDER OF $100 AND OVER! YUP, FREE!
Then for other orders, it's only $ 10. It’ll still cost you less than a trip to the mall by car! Isn’t that beautiful?
Free shipping and $10 shipping are applicable only for deliveries in Canada and the United States. In Canada, we use standard Canada post services with tracking number. In USA we use Purolator services with tracking numer.
Some exceptions may apply for territories in which standard post service is not available or where shipping rates are non-standard . If you have any doubts or concerns, please contact us.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
If you’re located outside of Canada, we’re very excited to serve you! However, you may be required to pay customs fees once your package arrives. SegSea is not responsible for these fees and we cannot predict what the cost will be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for information about the fees that may apply to your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ORDERED PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
We take our product quality control very seriously, but if you ever receive a damaged SegSea product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE YOUR EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICIES?
We’re very sorry you’re not satisfied with your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
This is why you can return any SegSea products for an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt, as long as the products are in good condition, have not been worn or washed and still have the original tag intact.
The return costs are your responsibility except in the case of a manufacturing defect, we will pay the return costs and we will return your new item to you free of charge..
Products on clearance sale are considered final sales.
A gift card can’t not be refunded or replaced in case of loss or theft.
Refunds are processed according to the method of payment used during purchase once the parcel is received at the head office.
We kindly ask you to keep your underwear on when you are first trying your new swimsuits until you are sure that you are happy with the size and style.
Please note that returning items purchased during a sale may cancel the terms and conditions of this offer. In that case, the value of the returned items will be recalculated according to the new terms of sale.
SegSea reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that were worn, misused, altered, stained, washed or damaged in any type of way. Items received in such condition will be returned to the client. No refund will be processed, and the client will be required to pay the shipping fees of the returned items.
RETURN PROCEDURE BY MAIL

We’ll send you a reply within two business days with return instructions. We’ll send you a return label at our expense.
Once we receive the package, we’ll process your refund within five business days.
For returns originating from the United States: All returns coming from the Unites States must be done through the Unites States Postal Service (USPS). Any returned packages that require a customs fee will be refused. All returned items must be declared as a “return of Canadian merchandise” on the customs declaration. If this declaration is forgotten, the parcel may be refused and returned to the client.
For international returns: All returned items must be declared as a “return of Canadian merchandise” on the customs declaration. If this mention is forgotten, additional fees may apply; these fees may be deducted from your refund. Any returned packages that require a customs fee will be refused.
SegSea assumes the return of goods declared defective. In this case, the merchandise must still be returned by post.
SegSea is not responsible for any items lost during shipping for refunds or exchanges.
Items bought online cannot be returned or exchanged at one of our stores. For all items bought at one of our stores, please address the retailer for refunds or exchanges.
