WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

  • The outer fabric is composed of 86% polyester and 14% spandex.
  • The back pocket is made of polyester.
  • The inner lining (mesh) is made of polyester and the elasticated bands on the inner lining are made of polyurethane.
  • The drawstring is 100% in polyester and the tips are made of silicone.
  • The openings are made of brass.
  • The YKK zipper is made of polyester, acetal plastic, and zinc.
  • The label is made of satin.
  • The logo is in polyester. The size sticker is made of cotton.
  • The waist elastics are made of polyester and rubber.

WHAT ARE THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT?

  • All sizes are elastic and tested on different body shapes to avoid “muffin top”.
  • Fabrics that are very comfortable and stretch on all 4 sides to do everything you want to do (polyester and elastane).
  • Fabric that dries very quickly, so it can be used throughout the entire day.
  • Two 7-inch side pockets, including one with high quality zipper (YKK), specially made for big dad hands (on men's models only).
  • Openings in the pockets to allow the water to drain, as this is not where we want “big pockets”.
  • Comfortable and lightweight inner lining to keep your “privates” hidden.
  • Fashionable and eye-catching colors.

ARE THE SWIM TRUNKS RESISTANT TO CHLORINE AND SALT?

Of course! Many tests were done to check the resistance to salt and chlorine, and the colors remained intact.

So yes, you can use your swim trunks in Jessica’s spa!

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SUPER BEAUTIFUL SWIM TRUNKS?

To enjoy your swim trunks for as long as possible, it is recommended you wash them in cold water after use to remove salt or chlorine. At the same time, despite any positive tests, we recommend you not to wash your swim trunks with bleach, just in case! We also recommend you not to put bleach in your eyes, it hurts! Even if you have big arms, we also recommend you not to wring your swimsuit out, as it will dry quickly anyway. Hanging it out to dry won’t fade out its colors, but be careful not to pinch your finger with the clothespin. Oh, and please do not iron it, anyone ironing a bathing suit is making a big mistake! And especially do not leave it bunched up all dripping wet in the corner of your room. Mold and bacteria might grow on it and then it won’t smell very good, and you probably do not want a mushroom on your beautiful swim trunks, that wouldn’t be very SegSea! Now that you’ve made a commitment to keep your swim trunks in good shape for several years, do not do like my father, you can buy other swim trunks before this one is 10 years old.

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON THE ONLINE SHOP?

The currency used on the online shop is the Canadian dollar.

HOW CAN I FOLLOW UP ON MY ORDER?

When you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. However, if you do not receive this confirmation email, please write us at info@segsea.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can, we promise! If we do not get back to you within 3 days, please contact us again to make sure that your message has been received!

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Absolutely! SegSea uses SSL. It is an encryption technology that ensures a secure transmission of your personal data on the internet. We do not store any credit card details or share your personal data with any third parties.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PRODUCT IS OUT-OF-STOCK:

We strive to maintain our stock and update our online shop regularly.

However, it is possible that an item may become unavailable during the time your order is being processed. Should this happen, our customer service will send you a follow up email to update you on your order, and we will refund you as soon as possible on your credit card.

We accept payments by credit card or Paypal.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It depends on where your order will be delivered. SegSea will process your order between 1-3 business days and it will be delivered to you by Canada Post (typically within 5 business days).

  • In Quebec, standard: 2-7 business days
  • Rest of Canada, standard: 5-7 business days
  • Canada Express: 1-3 business days in Quebec/ 2-3 business days for the rest of Canada
  • United States, standard: 3-8 business days
  • International, standard: 6-12 business days

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

* We use Canada Post's standard services. Some exclusions may apply for territories that are not serviced by standard post services. If you have any doubts, please contact us. 

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

If you live outside of Canada, we are very happy to serve you! However, you may need to pay customs fees. SegSea shall not be responsible for any possible such fees, and we are not able to predict what their amount may be. We recommend you contact your local customs office if you are not sure of the charges that may be applied to your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT ORDERED IS DAMAGED?

Although our quality control is very rigorous, in the event that you receive a damaged SegSea product, please contact us at info@segsea.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

RETURN

WHAT ARE YOUR EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICIES?

In the event that you are not satisfied with a product, we are truly sorry, as your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

But GOOD NEWS: we accept returns and pay the fees.

You can return any SegSea products for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, as long as the products have not been worn or washed, they are not damaged, and the original label is still attached to them.

Your satisfaction is so much our priority that we will pay the return fees and we will return your new item without delivery fees.

Sales of items sold during a clearance sale are considered final.

A gift card cannot be refunded or replaced in the event that it is lost or stolen.

All refunds will be made according to the method of payment used at the time of the original purchase, once the return is received at the head office.

We strongly recommend that you keep your underwear on when trying swim trunks until you are sure that the size and style are right for you.

Please note that returning items purchased on sale may cancel the terms and conditions of the offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated according to the new terms of sale.

SegSea can refuse any return of merchandise that has been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or otherwise damaged. Items received in such condition will be returned to the customer. No credit will be granted and the buyer will be required to pay for the return of goods, waiving all related claims. 

RETURN BY MAIL POLICIES

Please email us at info@segsea.com with the following informations:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The invoice #
  • And the reason for the return

We will reply within 2 working days with the return instructions.

We will send you a return label at our expense.

Once the parcel is received, we will process your request within 5 days of receipt.

For returns from the United States: U.S returns must be made through United State Postal Service (USPS) only. Parcels that generate custom fees will be refused. All returned items must be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration. If this mention was forgotten the parcel could be refused and returned to the sender.

For international returns: All returned items must be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration. If this is not indicated, additional charges may be added; These will be deducted from your refund. Parcels engaging in customs charges will be refused.

Only one return will be assumed at SegSea's expense unless the merchandise is returned because it is defective, or SegSea is faulty. In this case, the merchandise will still have to be returned by post.

If items are lost when sending for an exchange or a refund, SegSea is not responsible for this loss.

Please note that we only offer a refund for returns by mail. To make an exchange or a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order on our site.

Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged at a retailer.
